ADMISSION PROCESS
STEP 1: Application
Begin the online application process by first creating an account. You will receive an email containing a verification link, and once you have verified your email address, you will select Create a New Student Application.
NOTE: If you have a RenWeb account at another school, once you click the “Create an Account” button below, go to the top right of the page to “Application” to sign-in with your login information.
NEW STUDENT WITH SIBLING AT RPS
Families who already have an account because they have a current RPS student, simply log into your family portal, go to APPLY / ENROLL on the left navigation, then click Enrollment / Reenrollment and follow the steps.
During the application process, you will be asked to upload the following documents:
- Copy of Birth Certificate or proof of guardianship
- Most current report card/transcript and test scores (if applicable)
- IEP/504 plans, if applicable
Two Recommendations Required (2)
Two recommendations are also required for your application to the Admissions Committee. As you are completing the online application, it will ask you for the name and email address of two referrals. The recommendation criteria are as follows:
- One School Administrator or Teacher (Principal, Vice-principal, Guidance Counselor or Teacher)
- One Church Leader or Family Friend.
Our online application system will automatically notify each person listed to be a referral. You will receive a notification email once the referral form is complete and submitted to the school.
Traditional homeschool Applicant: If you are a traditional homeschool student, please contact madeline.ortiz@remnantprep.net for recommendation requirements.

Application Fee: $75
Once these items are complete and all documentation is received, your application will be taken to the Admissions Committee, and you will receive an email regarding your application status. If you receive an Enrollment Packet email, this means you are invited to complete the next steps in the enrollment process.
STEP 2: Enrollment Packet Email & Entrance Assessment
Once your application has been reviewed and selected to continue with the enrollment process, you will receive an Enrollment Packet Email. In this email, you will be asked to:
- Log into the FACTS Family Portal (ParentWeb)
- Sign up for Assessment Testing (New Applicants Only)
- Select Classes: Fine Art, Vocational, others electives (optional).
Once all of this is completed, you will receive your acceptance letter. Acceptance letters will start going out at the end of March.
STEP 3: Financial Contract and Class Schedule
Once the student has been accepted:
FINANCIAL CONTRACT: Contact the Business Office for more information by calling 800-811-3043 or emailing pay@remnantprep.net. However, financial contracts will begin being prepared starting June 17. You will be emailed a contract when it is completed. You can either sign and return the contract electronically or schedule an appointment to review it in a Zoom meeting.
CLASS SCHEDULE: Once your financial contract has been signed, a class schedule will be prepared for your student and can be found on ParentsWeb when completed. A final report card/transcript must be submitted in order to create a correct schedule.
